To help you understand the condition of every watch we sell, ChaChaWatch uses the following grading system.
Brand New (10/10)
- Factory new.
- Never worn.
- No scratches or signs of use.
- Original packaging and accessories (where applicable).
Like New (9.5–10/10)
- Minimal or no visible signs of wear.
- May have been worn only a few times.
- Excellent cosmetic condition.
- Fully functional.
Excellent (9/10)
- Light signs of careful use.
- Very small hairline scratches may be present.
- Crystal is generally free from noticeable damage.
- Fully functional.
Very Good (8–8.5/10)
- Moderate signs of normal wear.
- Minor scratches on the case or bracelet.
- No major dents or structural damage.
- Fully functional.
Good (7–7.5/10)
- Clearly visible cosmetic wear.
- Scratches, scuffs, or small dents may be present.
- Crystal may show light marks unless otherwise noted.
- Fully operational unless stated otherwise.
Fair (6–6.5/10)
- Significant cosmetic wear.
- Multiple scratches or noticeable dents.
- Suitable for collectors, restoration projects, or budget-conscious buyers.
- Any known functional issues will be clearly disclosed.
Accessories
Product listings will specify whether the following are included:
- Original box
- Warranty card
- User manual
- Extra bracelet links
- Original tags
- Other accessories
If an accessory is not listed, it should not be assumed to be included.
Mechanical Accuracy
For automatic and mechanical watches, slight variations in timekeeping are normal and should not be considered defects unless otherwise specified.
Product Photography
Every effort is made to photograph each watch accurately. Minor differences in color may occur due to lighting conditions or your device’s display settings.
