Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is in the same condition as received.
  • Has not been altered or damaged.
  • Includes original packaging (where applicable).
  • Includes all accessories supplied with the watch.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Watches were damaged after delivery.
  • Watches modified by the customer.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Customized products.

Used Watches

Pre-owned watches are sold with their condition clearly described and photographed.

Minor cosmetic wear that has already been disclosed is not considered a valid reason for return.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the originally agreed payment method, where possible.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the product and packaging.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
