New Watches

Where applicable, new watches may include the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty details will be mentioned on the individual product page.

Pre-Owned Watches

Unless specifically stated otherwise, pre-owned watches are sold without the manufacturer’s warranty.

If ChaChaWatch offers a seller warranty, its duration and coverage will be clearly stated on the product page.

Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage (unless specifically rated and used according to manufacturer guidelines)
  • Battery replacement
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Crystal scratches
  • Strap or bracelet wear
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs

Warranty Claims

Customers requesting warranty service may be asked to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Photos or videos demonstrating the issue

Warranty claims are subject to inspection before approval.
