Pre-Owned Watches
Unless specifically stated otherwise, pre-owned watches are sold without the manufacturer’s warranty.
If ChaChaWatch offers a seller warranty, its duration and coverage will be clearly stated on the product page.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage (unless specifically rated and used according to manufacturer guidelines)
- Battery replacement
- Normal wear and tear
- Crystal scratches
- Strap or bracelet wear
- Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs
Warranty Claims
Customers requesting warranty service may be asked to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Photos or videos demonstrating the issue
Warranty claims are subject to inspection before approval.
